i found one of these 1900 coins,it need some cleaning, but i don t know what type it is or if is worth anything.about haw many are different or rare.if anyone can help me out let me know.so far the highest price one i found was 58.00
it is a rarity that they made a mistake, but don't forget counterfeits are all over the numismatic world also, and the holders and labels are difficult to identify unless you know precisely what to look for
there are a few pieces of information to obtain before sending a coin(s) to be graded. Either read a lot of info on the coin grading web sites, or consult someone that has had coins professionally graded and slabbed. you can avoid the membership fees by submitting the coin(s) through an authorized dealer(s)
true. I got a coin graded by SGS that had a mintmark error on the label. The label had the coin as a 1964 P MS70 jefferson nickel, when in truth it was a 1964 D MS70 jefferson nickel. Ahhh, but in the end, it was SGS, and SGS is a really bad grading company
You heard of a rare mint error? Well this is a rare grading error! This should double the price.
