Mark Sinnis ~ "Down Beneath" - Video

I hope you enjoy the new video for "Down Beneath". I have to start by telling a short story about the making of this video. This song is about the other side and joining with it when we die, so my wife and I headed to a local cemetery (Old Van Cortlandtville Cemetery) in Cortlandt Manor, New York to shoot the footage. When we arrived at the cemetery, I roamed the grounds, somewhat aimlessly while singing and playing the guitar. Then I randomly sat down and asked my wife to shoot me lying on a grave, with the tombstone at my head. After, we shot some more footage and left. Today I started working on the video and when I got to the scene where I was lying on the grave, I could not believe what I saw. Now, I don't consider myself religious, but I am very spiritual - and this has to be more than coincidence: The deceased woman, Mary Ann Slauson, who was buried in that same grave, died on my birthday - August 25th - in 1854. Could this be a spiritual connection to the other side? Was Mary calling me "Down Beneath"? I'll let you decide. ENJOY ~ "DOWN BENEATH"
