Red Wings Playoff Tribute

Red Wings beat Blue Jackets in the first round of the 2009 NHL Playoffs. This is my first video. The forth game isn't in this cause i put this up as soon as we won it. I did use other games and videos for some parts in this. I wanted to do the whole song so i needed a bit more. The song is This War is Ours, by Escape the Fate.

They said Osgood felt a twinge in the second period but that it's nothing significant and he'll be ready for game 1 in the next round. Not sure when the semis start. We're not even sure who they're going to face next but it will probably be the Ducks unless the Sharks make a miraculous comeback. Then the Wings would face the Canucks. I don't know who would be tougher to face.

Your absolutely right. He wasn't. But I'm begginning to think this is just another Chris Osgood voodoo-magic trick. Anyway, great series for our netminder and I think he'll be just fine come Game 1 of the second round. Anyone know how long 'till the start of the semis?

Yeah, Ozzie was definitely not on his game. 3 of the 5 goals he allowed looked like ones he should have saved easily. Mike Babcock said his players just got caught up in the emotional rollercoaster. I hope that's the case and that they fight hard for the rest of the playoffs.

good thing for ozzie that the wings will have 7 or 8 days off befor the next round

Great series. Ozzie was stone cold in the third period. He looked a little twingy there for a minute, but he regained his composure and lead us to a 4-game sweep. Second round, here we come!
