This is the pole form? I'm confused, looks more like an exercise then a pole form. I saw a youtube vid of sifu chong performing a Luk Dim Boon Kwan form and it was much longer and different from the one here. Are there more then one pole form in your system? I'm not trying to come off as attacking, just curious as someone who is ignorant in your style :) . Thanks for sharing!
