Since this video was an intentional distortion of the truth and purposfully made to harass and defame me, a civil lawsuit has been filed in Superior Court California, Ventura County against Lysette Freeman, fbf343 and DOES 1 - 10. According to mr gilcrest.........the law mandated that he file a lawsuit last Tuesday(October 4, 2011) We even received a 2 hour heads up that he was heading for the courthouse and we had 2 hours to remove the video......however it is now Friday the 7th some 72 hours later and he's posting this jibberish......Listen all victims of Growquest.......POST VIDEOS OF YOUR EXPERIENCE ON YOU TUBE!!!!......just tell the truth do not fabricate/ exaggerate and there is nothing he can do....

Do NOT Believe what you see here! I ordered a plant and never recieved it! I was told that I need to prepay so I sent a check and a credit card # for shiping. Then only got long sad stories about backloged on ladybugs. When I complained I was told to pay for the order - AGAIN! I have never recieved the plant or my refund. I have the emails and the canceled check to prove what I am saying. Do not trust this company!

Actually you set the date so I was very announced (emails avail.)....and as far as your growing grounds...I passed by 34.332101,-119.09008 only to find an eviction notice posted on the fence.......Obviously I am not that lame of an ass as it seems I've hit a nerve.......I'll tell you what......send me my tree or my $185 and I'll remove my video......In the meantime I am working on a sequel that will include the pages and pages of reviews as well as your Better Business Bureau report.......

He's promised me a summons and complaint for demanding either the rose I paid for or a refund for failing to deliver. Can't wait. I'll even make the 3.5 hour drive to Ventura just so I can file papers with Ventura D.A. in person, right after I show Judge documents supporting everything I've said.

I don't react well to being scammed. This guy is a lying fraud. I look forward to him finally being indicted and imprisoned.

In the meantime I've got three blogs and each one has a post. 3rd page in google for Wordpress. I hope Blogger and Livejournal catch up.

In the mean time he has 627 videos. I'm giving him a negative and post on each one. Take that Chris, you thief.

I should have done my research. Instead I ordered from Growquest and probably won't see my tree or my money.

Thanks for the video. Chris Gilcrest is a lying piece of excrement. Probably uses it to fertilize what little he has. He's a wannabe. He's filed for bankruptcy at least once, only to reopen under another name.

Wants me to take down my negatives. Told him right after I get my REFUND in full. Let him wait a year or two like his customers.

well I re read it and decided to give you the option of getting rid of it, or taking it to court. I would rather deliver plants then spend the time and money filing a law suit, but it is prepared and waiting to be filed when I get back from Nor Cal.

Clearly you prefere the protracted legal process, so I will alidge you.
