  • @brproductions165 I wasn't commenting about the video. Didn't even watch it. I was commenting about the EU ban, which is real, so I'm not really sure what you mean.

  • @MrFreeLibertarian This is just a joke. No need to get all aggressive.

  • @martincooper162 Also, you can continue to drink water while you run and guess what? A magical thing will happen! You can PREVENT dehydration by doing this right? Or do you think that no amount of drinking water will prevent dehydration under any circumstances? Only an absolute moron would defend the EU "experts" on this.

  • @martincooper162 What a ridiculous excuse for OBVIOUS stupidity. Of course drinking water before you run can prevent dehydration! You've never heard of hydrating yourself in advance to avoid dehydration? It's a common and scientifically proven strategy for runners. I guess you're not a runner. It depends on how hydrated you were before you drank, how much drank and how much you sweated but other than for extreme conditions, it works. Trying to explain away this stupidity is more stupidity.

  • The EU is right why they said that water doesn’t prevent dehydration. If you drank some water now and then went running for an hour, you will be dehydrated after. Therefore the water you drank before the run didn’t prevent you from becoming dehydrated. Water does hydrate you, but it doesn’t prevent you from becoming dehydrated. The ban is there to prevent people from thinking that if you drank a bottle of water that claims to prevent dehydration, you will never become dehydrated.
