  • That looks like a really bad chair to do it with. At least if it's one of those kinds of chairs that's just meant for casual sitting or cheap parties/get-togethers. Those tend to break under heavy pressure. A normal household chair would be best for this, like they said, without wheels. Also some padding wouldn't be bad either, as it tends to hold your grip a bit better than plastic or leather edges under heavy weight.
