uuhhh!!! Help Me!

Mine Keep Saying When i delete my files it says

"Cannot delete File:Acess is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use"

But my disk is not full Help Me!!!!please!!

we all know how to delete a file.. when it's being used by a program.. u need to close the program then.. delete it...
