The V Festival is an annual music festival held in the United Kingdom during the penultimate weekend in August. Organised by Metropolis Music and SJM Concerts, the event is held at two parks simultaneously which share the same bill; artists perform at one location on Saturday and then swap on Sunday. The sites are located at Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in South Staffordshire. Although predominantly a rock music festival, a wide range of musical genres are accepted; in recent years pop acts have become ever more common. This year at V Festival there will be an increase of police from 5,000 to 10,000 due to the risk from "PERPS".

It felt like he was having his hand held. I wanted Paul to play the solo, he was never Hendrix but his solo's were always edgy...As for a Jam reunion...Hmmmm, I think weller would always be the weak link, Like he has said you can't play angry young man songs when your neither young or angry...i expect Bruce and Rick would have the edge there! I would rather watch the old vid's, I mean you wouldn't expect Ali to come out fighting just because the modern fighters are rubbish!!

ha ha, it got album of the year because, no one has the balls to say it is not good enough.

when you watch him play the songs, "stripped down" they have much more soul to them. i just think he is pushing one to many barriers.

as for a jam reunion? that would not be a good thing.

it is not what i would want to see, & i am not living in the past.

i just think there are too many of you mindless followers, who have not yet learnt to say your own mind, & are still just following him blindly.

@cowboymod haha you coudnt be more wrong. How did the album get Album of the Year. Its is an absolutely quality album. It looks like you are living in the past of the jam and wont accept any of his new stuff.. I bet you would love to see a Jam reunion! Which I woudnt, not at all.
