@MegaObserver1 I couldn’t agree more He established her aside from Frank she sold millions of records and made some good ones too. These arrangements have the feel of a broadway musical. Cinematography was exceptional.

i think she is very talented--she had the voice--anyone that wouldve come along in partnership with her wouldve been made and enjoyed --the experience --lee couldve been nothing without the N-sinatra association--it works both ways--both had a unique combination in voice-they were a great duet-but have to respect both people and say--nancy is being diplomatic and kind in the memories of lee--but as others commented -times and people move on-nancy is very much appreciated by the yt folks...

Lee Hazelwood rescued Nancy's career. She cut some old pop standards in the early 60's that went nowhere. Hazelwood was a Nashville producer who found original contemporary material for her and tailored it to fit the image of a modern woman, not a female version of her father. It worked and she became a star in her own right.
