  • I cringe when I see agave dumped into everything. That stuff is horrible and so far from being raw, it's crazy. I'm gonna have to write a book just so I can expose agave and particularly the effects in the body.

  • Why is everyone dissing this video.. this is the problem about raw foodests sometimes, cant enjoy a bit of cake every now and again as a treat without crying about it.. agave is evil, nuts are evil.. come on, its a damn site better than the usual cooked rubbish. I am certainly not going to be eating only salads for the rest of my days.. give it a rest please

  • @watsonraquel I'm not lecturing anyone, you seem to be getting fired up over the fact that I had an opinion about veganism different from yours. Grow up. This is youtube, not an essay and I can say whatever I damn well please.

  • @watsonraquel You can PM them to me if you like, I'll read them but theres really no point. For every article you find I could find one that disagrees. Like I said, this argument is subjective. Its not as clear cut as 'do animals exist', which has a yes or no answer.

  • @watsonraquel It 'seems', you are 'obviously'. You do realise your being presumptuous right? For one, I NEVER said that 'few' represent the many (another assumption you made, which is wrong). For 2, I stated my opinion on veganism, I have nothing against those who are vegan, I have an opinion on their eating habits,it happens to be negative. Why would I think that the majority of vegans are uneducated about their lifestyle?

Do you realise how many claims you have made in such a short paragraph?

  • @MissPonderosa I'd also be happy to message you the studies I am referencing as YouTube doesn't allow links in it's comments.

  • @MissPonderosa I've literally never met a vegan who didn't know the risks and account for them.Veganism is not for everyone. But it is for some.So back off and stop lecturing people who know more about their lifestyle than you do. Go eat your cheeseburger and leave us to our plants.

  • @MissPonderosa The few do not represent the many, is my point. You're a hypocrite, seeing as YOU are obviously one of the few Non-Vegans that think they need to come in here and criticize other people's lifestyles. It seems that YOU look down on people who don't eat like you. Interesting. Do you really think your vague claims will change anyone's mind? Furthermore, do you really think that the majority of those that stick with Veganism are so uneducated about their lifestyle?

  • @watsonraquel I didn't criticise or judge anyone. Stop putting words in my mouth. I gave an opinion on what I thought about veganism. Thats it, do you see me finger pointing to anyone? No.

This is youtube, and youtube is a play for opinions. I am right and you are right. This topic is subjective, there is no right or wrong answer. We could argue till the cows come home and it wouldn't make a bit of a difference because there is enough supporting evidence/studies/research on both topics

  • @watsonraquel No there was no implying of any sort. I literally know a few vegans like this. And I am entitled to my own opinion about veganism. I think its a waste of money when you can get better nutrients by not being vegan. In fact doctors don't recommend veganism to teenagers or children EVER because of their growing bodies and the lack of variety in veganism. People are depleting their body from very nutrient rich foods. 'Numerous studies' prove almost anything, be more specific
