@SimplyJuelz i love it so much im thinking of becoming an instructor to show people who have severe chronic asthma like me can do it ive lost already pounds in the prep scedule i was 205 now 197.5 it awesome

@SimplyJuelz btw the more you did it the more you will get used to it dotn worry so much about doing it right just do the moves the best way you can then all of a sudden the rythm of the songs will get you to move its funnny how it happens also Chalene is a awesome cue er she great at ....take the new class then do reg after wards this is the best out here
