I was looking at the definitions and etymology of "metaphor," which I found humorous in the hands of postmodernists, who attempt to use metaphors to carry a point of argument beyond evidence and reality.
At root, postmodernists' metaphorical problems are metaphysical. :)

I cannot think of a single postmodernist metaphor that made things more confuse. Postmodernists use metaphors _precisely_ when they consider it will be the most efficient way to communicate. So what metaphor are you talking about?
