What Are The Best Celebrity Workouts?
Hey guys, I'm Dana Ward for Clevver TV coming to you from our Beverly Hills studio. Everyone knows that being a member of the young Hollywood elite is tough work and having an in-shape body is part of the job. With bikini season in full swing we're showing you how your favorite stars stay in tip-top shape.
Disney cutie Brenda Song hates strict workout regimens and says that her latest obsession takes the drag out of heading to the gym. Her new fav workout is Bikram yoga, which is basically doing yoga in a heated room to get maximum results. After a hard session, Brenda says that she and her mom usually head out for some ice cream. Not sure about that part, but it does sound like a good reward.
Other young ladies like Ashley Tisdale, Brittany Snow, Vanessa Hudgens and our favorite girl Samantha Droke like to hit the gym together for a new craze called Piloxing-it's combination of Pilates and Boxing and we hear that it burns up to 1000 calories per workout session-wow!
Vanessa's boyfriend Zac Efron didn't get his new muscles from just sitting around. In fact, he does three hour sessions at the gym with a trainer where he focuses on a combo of cardio, free weights and weight machines. He also sticks to a healthy diet of high protein, low carb foods to help him build muscle quicker--and it seems to be working.
But no one, and I do mean no one, is working harder than Taylor Lautner. After all, Taylor almost lost his job earlier this year after movie makers doubted that he had the drive to build up enough muscle to play Jacob. After seeing the trailer for the new Twilight Film though, I think it's safe to say that Taylor has proven them wrong. Lautner has gained more than 26 pounds of pure muscle by working out and eating non-stop. His goal was to eat as much as possible but keep it lean with meals of veggies and chicken. He is in the gym every single day for at least two hours and we all know it's true because the pictures DO NOT LIE. Plus, he's photographed on almost a daily basis hanging out with his personal trainer.
So, what do you guys think about these celebrity workouts? Do you have a better routine? Leave a comment and give us the 411!

I'm 15 male,I work out lots but don't really diet to well i gained about 13 pounds of muscle but it isn't really noticeable,What is the absolute best way to grow muscle but loose fat at the same time?I also did lots of cardio while working out.
High-Protein Low Carb Diet is for losing fat while maintaining muscle but it DEFINITELY DOES NOT make you develop muscle !! In order to develop muscle one needs High Protein- High Carbs Diet Dumb Ass !!! Nutritional Requirement to build muscle is: 1g Protein for every Ibs bodyweight and 2.5g Carbs for every ibs body weight.
So whoever has written this presenters info probably doesn't know the purpose of the celebrities she's talking about.
Yep. A hgih protein, low carb diet would be to simply tone and harden your body. What Taylor, and people like Tobey Maguire in Spider man 1 did was eat A LOT.
I do TaeKwonDo 3 times a week plus the school sport (climb run and basket ball). And then I will be one of the most popular teenage star in hollywood LOL !!
Diet is a huge factor to gaining Abs, pinch ur stomach and see how thick of a layer of fat u need to burn of for it to show. Heres a typical malemodel/bodybuilder diet im taking, it works as you can see in my display pic. I eat about 6 times a day. Low carb, Low sugar, Low sodium, etc... i take in about 160 grams of protein. I hit the gym 4 times a week 2 hours of weightlifting/cardio, working on each muscle group, on the days im resting i jus do about 500 crunches, sometimes hanging.
yea, diet is 80% of your physical result. Cut out saturated fats, low dairy if you find yourself getting bloated easily, lean meats, high protein, low carbs. You don't need to be working out your abs 5x a week. Once is enough or 2x max. Also I recommend doing other exercises that involve contortions in your mid section.
