What Are The Best Celebrity Workouts?

Hey guys, I'm Dana Ward for Clevver TV coming to you from our Beverly Hills studio. Everyone knows that being a member of the young Hollywood elite is tough work and having an in-shape body is part of the job. With bikini season in full swing we're showing you how your favorite stars stay in tip-top shape.

Disney cutie Brenda Song hates strict workout regimens and says that her latest obsession takes the drag out of heading to the gym. Her new fav workout is Bikram yoga, which is basically doing yoga in a heated room to get maximum results. After a hard session, Brenda says that she and her mom usually head out for some ice cream. Not sure about that part, but it does sound like a good reward.

Other young ladies like Ashley Tisdale, Brittany Snow, Vanessa Hudgens and our favorite girl Samantha Droke like to hit the gym together for a new craze called Piloxing-it's combination of Pilates and Boxing and we hear that it burns up to 1000 calories per workout session-wow!

Vanessa's boyfriend Zac Efron didn't get his new muscles from just sitting around. In fact, he does three hour sessions at the gym with a trainer where he focuses on a combo of cardio, free weights and weight machines. He also sticks to a healthy diet of high protein, low carb foods to help him build muscle quicker--and it seems to be working.

But no one, and I do mean no one, is working harder than Taylor Lautner. After all, Taylor almost lost his job earlier this year after movie makers doubted that he had the drive to build up enough muscle to play Jacob. After seeing the trailer for the new Twilight Film though, I think it's safe to say that Taylor has proven them wrong. Lautner has gained more than 26 pounds of pure muscle by working out and eating non-stop. His goal was to eat as much as possible but keep it lean with meals of veggies and chicken. He is in the gym every single day for at least two hours and we all know it's true because the pictures DO NOT LIE. Plus, he's photographed on almost a daily basis hanging out with his personal trainer.

So, what do you guys think about these celebrity workouts? Do you have a better routine? Leave a comment and give us the 411!

I'm Dana Ward for ClevverTV-thanks for watching!

  • Yea my routine is eat sleep and masterbate jk I actually gained 15 pound of pure muscle going to the gym 4 times a week maybe 5 times and working on every muscle and my body over the past six week look just like zac efron

  • Whoooaaa!! Would love to try those workouts especially yoga!

  • @xxDJWooddellxx Chicken. But non-breaded chicken.

  • So, what are some foods that are high in protein and low in carbs?

  • 2 hours of gym every day seems kinda worthless to me.

2 hours of gym 2 times a week sounds better if u wants the really big muscle.

Afterall, your muscles doesn't grow during the workout, it's while u rest.

  • Dnt listen to this rubbish! 1000 calories a session! u would burn that running a marathon not piloxing. probably only burns about 200 calories depending on the person.

3 hours in the gym lol. any more than an hour nd a half weights nd 40 min cardio in the same day is pushing it. pro bodybuilders dnt even workout that long. this stuff is exagerated to sound better.

  • 20 years old and someone who can bench press 2 dumbells in each hand with 120 lbs each is crazy, especially at the age of 20 that's very young! He does MMA, and he's 5-0 right now, nobody can defeat him, and with clothes on he does look very big, with just a muscle shirt he looks very tough. But the thing is, he's not that big at all, that means its all pure lean muscle, his body fat is only 7 percent! He can do it all!

  • I use to have a personal trainer for like a year, I'm 25, he's 20 years old, this dude can grab 2 dumbells that weigh about 120 lbs each and bench press that like nothing. I mean that's 120 lbs in each hand, not 120 lbs combined with 2 hands, but 120 lbs in each hand your holding. That's freakish strength the most I can bench press in each hand right now is 70, I started out 40, so you can tell I'm getting stronger! My goal is 100! And it's all pure lean muscle, so eating is very important!

  • @saggybellend your retarted

  • I Love Ashley!
