i think they're going to cover this on Eurosport this year.
Last few years, Motors TV have being doing the entire week, from qualifying, drivers parade, practice and the whole race.

Speed TV would cover it, but only for a few hours.

btw Motors TV is europe only i think, not sure if Eurosport would show it in the US though.
