@xoxoXoieoxox yes it's him. it's the 90s. it's not just the way he looks, it's make up partly for the video. it's a drug addiction. depeche mode is an awesome group and shouldnt be faulted for experimented with different sounds and looks.

kudos for dave kicking that habit. and he looks awesome with the eye makeup.
