@KingOfKingz911 I will make a detailed video on my experiences being an ultra endurance athlete and a fruitarian, and coming to a rock solid conclusion that supplimental salt is a must if I want to perform at a high level. LOTS to discuss on this topic. Ultra distance in heat requires more sodium, and lots of it...

how long did it take your body to adjust to that much fruit. I am getting more interested in triathlons and training for them, I have been raw for a while but have a hard time consuming all fruits all day long. Do you have any advice for people who are athletic that are transitioning to be more like you? You have so much energy! I am so envious.
