A remarkable bass player David Hungate is best known for his work as a former member of Toto from 1977 to 1982.
He played on Toto's first four records, including multiple Grammy award-winning album, Toto IV.
Hungate has also worked with artists such as Olivia Newton-John, Sarah Vaughan, Lee Ritenour, The Manhattan Transfer, Diana Ross, Rickie Lee Jones, Chet Atkins, and Boz Scaggs to name a few.
The Leap, written by David Hungate and Randy Goodrum, is one of the great tracks on Hungate's legendary solo album, Souvenir.
