  • @LordIllidan98 Gatorade isn't really marketed as an "energy" drink. They won't make you stronger either.

  • @CampbellFitness do energy drinks like gatorade work? When the say it's an "energy" drink, does it mean it provides the same pace of energy levels of creatine? Will it give u strength to lift heavy, or just let u be energtic?

  • @LordIllidan98 Not a problem at all. Depending on what time I work out, I might have a pre workout meal about 1.5hrs before heading in.

  • I actually eat a whole cooked meat 1 prior to workout, 2 chicken breasts + white rice. Is that ok or?

  • @rhdtv2002 Ugh that's tough. It's one of my favorite things to add in.

  • man - wish I could have honey but being diabetic this is one of the worst to take as far as sugar goes..
