  • I know the eggs are hard boiled, but do you leave the shell on? or take them off during cooking??

  • Take out the shell.....Thank you for watching!..

    KAI.

  • What if you doing have five spice powder can you do without it?

  • Yes!. You can add in 5-6 star anise, and 1 tbsp dark soy or black soy.

  • How long did you let the pork cook for in the wok?

  • 2-3 minutes..It's depend on the heat you're setting!..Medium high heat is good=375*-400*(degree)

  • I think I will make this for dinner tonight, but gonna use a slow cooker cause I like my pork to just melt in my mouth. Thank you for sharing your cooking experiences. I'm from Laos but never really learned to cook because my parents always did it for us. Now I'm starting to learn.

  • @sorrypete Good idea. I'm going to add garlic and pig ear next time!

  • @cliffcox66 I don't think so. I think it's popular with children because it is traditionally not spicy.

  • I love this, looks like my mother use to make when I was a child.
