On Canada day long weekend we went whitewater rafting on the Ottawa River with River Run rafting adventures. This is some footage from our first of two days going down the rapids in a 6-person raft.
The footage was taken with a GoPro HD Hero cam strapped to my life jacket. Thank goodness its waterproof!
The guides were world class and we had tons of fun.
