Oh My Jonas Ep. 240 (Part 2)- Vulnerable

Everyone nods and they quietly leave the room.

Nick: Come here -He helps Demi up and they walk over to the couch and sit down.-

Nick wraps his arms around Demi's shoulders and pulls her into his chest, holding her tightly. Her hands weakly try to grasp Nick's skin, looking for something to hold on to but they slip down and Demi eventually winds her arms around his bare waist.

Nick: I'm here now, okay, Dem? Just let it all out -He kisses her hair and pulls her closer.-

They sit there for an hour, Demi crying, then calming down, then just sitting with each other, absorbing it all.

They move to lie down on the couch, Nick on his back and Demi on her side, her head resting on Nick's arm thats wrapped around her shoulders, holding her close.

Demi: I missed you, Nick. You know you're like a brother to me... when I don't have Joe, I have you. When I don't have you, I have Kevin or Selena but it's just not the same. I needed you like this 2 days ago -She sniffles after her slow rant.-

Nick: I'm sorry I wasn't there.

Demi: It's alright. It's not your fault. Just don't leave.

Nick: I'm right here.

They lay there talking for a whole other hour and then they're interrupted for lunch.

Selena: Hey, we're going out for lunch, coming?

Demi: Yeah, sure -She stands up.-

Selena: We'll bring you back something, okay, Nick?

Nick: Sounds good -He walks over to a chair by Joe's bed and takes a seat as Demi and Selena leave.- Dude, you gotta wake up soon. Demi's a mess. I don't like seeing her like that and I'm sure you wouldn't want her like that either. She knows you're gonna wake up but she needs you now, not in 2 days, man. Everybody's just waiting on you. Sure we're all praying for you and everything but Demi... she's lost her will power. It's like part of her is gone without you here. Demi's so weak and vulnerable. She's like my little sister but to you, she's so much more than that and you are the one she's waiting for -He leans back in his chair and crosses his arms as he looks at his unconscious brother.-
