I can not get that high jump to work, I make it to the 2nd one and it will not jump up to the third bullet.....sigh.....this one is going to take a llllloooonnnnggggg time.

In the second room I prefer to just jump between two platforms to avoid the pillars. They stop after a short while and then you just collect the coins.

@labodorlover make sure you hit A right before you jump on the baddie, not after, like you mightin other games.

there is an easier way to get through the 4th trail. i have done it without losing any life, with DK alone. all you have to do is be patient. let the coins come to you. if you rush it, like the guy in this video, you get hit by the enemies. i could a vid showing you, but there's really no point, who would be interested?
