We bought this machine, but we have problem with giving to donut the right form.
Can you please tell what can be the main problem and if the problem is the recipe of dough, can you share with your's recipe?

I would never buy a Belshaw again, if the heater goes fork out $900 if the chinese one goes $50

Yer Belshaw also charge 10 time more for their machine... that means you can buy 10 of these compared to 1 Belshaw.. Beshaw has always been a rippoff

I just noticed your water was too warm or the cake dough batch was to old from looking at the cake dough nuts in your machine. But that has nothing to do with the machine. Your water has a lot to do with it to. Some times water is a problem at different locations
