Seeing as his cruiser was vaporized back to the firewall and then pushed in anoth foot beyond that I would venture to speculate that there was no attempt to stop, and he was suffering a medical crises before the accident occured.

I was the first Crawford County Sheriff car on scene as well as the first police car on scene with State Police right behind me. I have never seen such a crash and hope to never again. I was still pretty new and LeBow was one of the first Troopers i met several years ago. Thanks be to those who patrol our streets and highways. Thank you Sgt. LeBow.
