If you want to emphasize rich flavor of mushrooms you should defiantly cook this salad. It will be a great start of a romantic dinner.
Warm Mushroom Salad || Around the World: Romantic Dinner || Gastrolab
200 g. white mushrooms
200 g. of shiitake
250 g. button mushrooms
250 g. oyster mushrooms
30 g. chives
200 g. arugula
150 g. of unsalted butter
100 g. soy sauce
4 garlic cloves
1/2 of lemon
80 ml. olive oil
Finley chop garlic, combine with soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.
Cut mushrooms into medium pieces. Saute untill golden brown, add dressing, stir for 30 seconds. Remove in mix bowl, chill. Remove arugula peduncle mix with mushrooms. Sprinkle with sesame and chopped chives
