Anna takes Sarah to the Santa Monica steps for cardio and strength with the TRX! This workout combines upper body TRX strength training with lower body strength and cardio from the stair climbs. Sarah completes 6 sets of stair climbs, 3 sets of chest press, bicep curls, tricep extensions, rows, and shoulder raises. She finishes with a core workout at the end.
