@JxT1957 Well, having never had it, this is a guess: Sweat some chopped garlic and shallot and some diced celery and onions in 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp butter. Season with S+P and 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes. Puree about a cup of Kalamata olives (without pits) add that to your sauce. Add 1/2 cup white wine and reduce by half. Add 1 cup chicken stock. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup 35% cream. Reduce. Then add 1/2 cup chopped basil and 1/2 cup chopped Ital. parsley. Serve with linguine. Enjoy!
