Hell ... my connection was averaging around 2.5Mbps down ... now it's 600Kbps ... yeah ... there's definitely a problem ... Frontier DSL sucks the sweat off a dead man's balls. Fuck satellite internet is faster than this shit. Burn in hell Frontier!

I had fro tier for six weeks, and never had a problem. Xbox live wuld lag sometimes, bu it wasn't all bad.

My problems just started last week. Frontier was ok but now my connection keeps fluctuating up and down, cant play games, downloads are terrible now.

Actually, after an additional call today with the CEO and with a regional VP for Frontier in WV, Frontier is aware that the slow DSL problem affects more than just the 304-847-**** exchange area. The "fix" which the CEO referred to in the audio message here applies only to the 304-847-**** exchange area customers. Frontier has advised that they also have "fixes" in place for other areas, such as in Pocahontas County and elsewhere in WV. We will wait and see if they deliver.
