Pt #2 Neli Latson Rally Press Conference 8 15 11

Rally for the pardon of Reginald "Neli" Latson in Richmond Va."Neli" a 19th year old youth who has Autism who was profiled, a victim of Police Brutality, Pepper sprayed , Arrested then convicted of assaulting the offending officer when Neli tried to walk away after it was determined by the officer that he was not who they were looking for and had no weapon. The officer allegedly continued harassing him for his name and when Neli tried to walk away he was arrested. The Rally asking Governor Robert F. McDonnell to Pardon him was at the Va. Governor's office in Richmond. The Pardon for Neli is NOT so he can come home but simply be able to get proper care for his worsening mental condition because of his imprisonment as well as to properly address his Autism as a person with a disability.
