Dominique Dawes: a final performance!

While Dominique herself continued to perform as an elite gymnast for many more years, the 1993 Hilton Challenge marked the final performance of this world-famous and her (arguably) best-known floor exercise routine.

Dominique went on to place 2nd in the event. The winning routine by teammate Shannon Miller can be seen here:

This event also marked the first time in history that a USA women's gymnastics team bested all competitors from the (former) Soviet union.

For many, it's because of an inferiority-complex, clumsily masked as feelings of "superiority" over others.

Any advance of equality, forces those people to confront their inner inferiority-complex.... and they don't like it; so they do whatever they can to keep up the delusion that others are less than them.

I see it all the time: toothless unemployed alcoholic rejects, who think that they're better than the President or Oprah, etc, just because they have lighter skin.
