Use a Zyliss Spreader to shape No-Knead bread dough without ever touching it. Start by folding the dough to the center. Only a few folds are possible, then it's just pulling the dough towards the center. The dough will become quickly become compact, firm, and round.

great, but you can do the same thing with a spatula. You also can do it right in the pot or vessel it did its rising in. then just transfer it, with the spatula to the pot you will be baking. saves more things to clean.
