  • i liked the beginning, slow and in tune.

    the trombone riff was bad though, not together and out of tune. if not too bold, may i ask how often the band practices? mine goes twice a week, one 30 minutes after school, the other, 2 hours from 7 to 9. plus we do best sih funk.

  • The band practices once a week from 6:30 to 8. Its tough to get everyone there for any more than that since many of us have sports/other music committments that come up.

  • I'm srry to be skeptical but,

    my schools jazz band play this song;

    I must say our drummer and soloists are a bit better xD

  • okay

  • Not sure about the solos. I think it had a guitar solo written, and the guitarist enjoys long solos. I guess its just the arrangement we have

  • thad jones charts cannot be played unless you have a lead trumpet player that can play the notes. come on.

  • Wow, people need to seriously take into consideration that y'all only practice once a week. You guys sound great and probably are 20x better than this now. Great performance 5 stars

  • that's understandable most of our members arrange ahead so things go a little smoother. by the way, pardon my manners fleetwood cadilacs is the band, unfortunately no one post videos, but there's a chance you know of us.

  • hotboi, that rhythm section will out play anything you throw at them. we rocked this performance.

  • I've been a jazz pianist for four years and a classical pianist for thirteen years and out of all of the people I've heard play, your band is simply amazing! Kick. Ass.

    That said, I wish the pianist did a solo! It looks like your ensemble has some pretty solid soloists playing there.
