such an interesting & fascinating show :) I love Michael C.Hall!

I fucking love this show. It's my favourite show ever, but this opening sequence sort of bores me. True Blood's, for instance, is much better.
-
saw the first episode after much hoo-ha trailing from ch4 in uk, 2002? defo weird, defo different, defo good. love the tune, still gets the hairs up on the back of my neck

@EvanexcenceLover That makes sense-- it's because Thomas Newman composed the scores for that movie and this show! He's my favorite film composer of all time!
-
@DrGregoryHouseIT No, EvanexcenceLover2 means the music from "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" movie-- the main characters are the Baudelaire orphans. :) And Thomas Newman wrote the scores for that movie and for Six Feet Under.

Creepiest fucking music ever.
-
@DrGregoryHouseIT what do Bastketball Diaries have to do with anything? and yes Thomas Newton composed the score for Lemony Snicket: A Series of Unfortunate Events (the refered 'Baudelaire movie')
-
What opening credits? There weren't any.
-
just a funny observation but the opening song for six feet under is almost identical at the begining as the closing song for the show reaper dont know why it is two totally different composers
-
Why do I always think of these credits when I see the opening credits to Ghost Whisperer?
i love this song sooo much but find the video with it so depressing :(

I saw this show from time to time. I SWEAR this song was in the Baudilare movie.

It can not be. This show premiered in 2001, and this song was written for the show. The Basketball Diaries came out in 1996 or 1997. Maybe Thomas Newton composed the score for that movie...
