Retired police detective Howard Wooldridge says we can hurt gangs and cartels by legalizing and regulating all drugs after spending years fighting on the front lines of the "war on drugs." Howard is now a full-time advocate on Capitol Hill for Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, which any citizen can join at http://www.CopsSayLegalizeDrugs.com. (Sorry about the slight sound/video delay on this clip!)

  • Before I started smoking marijuana I was institutionalized twice in a year for suicide attempts.

I started smoking two months after I got out the second time. I can't remember the last time I had a suicidal thought.

Coincidentally I also can't remember the last time I was drunk.

  • It is pure idiocy to think that legalization of Marijuana would not result in a death blow to not just Mexican cartels but Honduran drug trade involved in the greater international drug routes starting in South America and finding it's way to the over zealous consumers in the states.

  • How does this government get away with violating peoples personal privacy. It's time for people to fight for the constitutional rights are forefathers fought and died for.. The government has no right to say it's legal to use one substance over another. Also keeping drugs illegal causes people to make synthetic drugs that are completely man made to beat drug testing. These synthetic drugs are far more dangerous than the natural drugs.. So they are contributing to the danger, how are they helping

  • Simply allowing citizens to grow as much cannabis as needed for medicine or recreation will reduce the abuse of alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and other dangerous drugs, and stop sending American cash to cartels. It is safe, pleasant, and popular, and should be legal.

  • @Dohidesu Glad to hear you're doing well brother. Keep it up and stay strong.

  • I've come to the conclusion that the Fed''s are well aware of the benefits of decriminalization of drugs but simply don't want to because in some cases, particularly psychedelics, it changes a person's view of the world. The last thing a power structure needs are people who think outside what they've been taught. So with that said, to the U.S. government, FUCK YOU and I'll do with my body as I wish.

  • that fat fuck needs to stuff more food in his face and stfu
