Bach Sinfonia No.15 - Enzo@11

Lucky day for me. This won 1st place in category A2 (ages 11-14 years old) of the 2007 Bach Piano Competition of The Piano Teacher's Guild of the Philippines - Sept. 25, 2007.

My mom was probably more nervous as the camera kept shaking!!! hehheee.

How the hell do you know what Bach intended the speed to be?Pick up ANY Bach invention/sinfonia book and the tempo range for this is 96-100bpm for each dotted eigth note at a time sig of 9/16. That's damn close to what Enzo is playing. Enzo isn't showing off, he's going by what the book go by... if you think your interpretation of the tempo is better I suggest you start your own publishing company b/c EVERY book i've seen concerning this piece has it close to what Enzo is playing.

BACH DID NOT INTEND FOR ANY OF THIS INVENTIONS TO BE PLAYED THAT FAST:

waht a girl called HANNAH play it. at the RIGHT TEMPO.

she is tallented, but she doesnt play it at the wrong tempo just to show off

and what gets on my nervs is that he is onlny a child and HIS teachers choose the tempo he is playing.

@nestachlo I think 1972 is the year when the "Piano Guild Teachers of Philipines" has been formed and not the year of the ompetition, otherwise it wouldn't make any sense to me, since he clearly states in his channel he is 12, and his channel is managed by his 24 yo brother.

i'm trying to get my daughter into learning the piano and have watched many of enzo's performances which have all been amazing, but i've just noticed that this was fimed in 1972 and he was 11 then so that would make him 49 now right???? so where is he??
