I'm pretty certain the Africa scene was cut from "Mac's Big Break" - he's planning all the places he'll go when he becomes a world famous hockey fan. It could also be from "The Gang Buys a Boat" though - planning all of the places he'll travel on their luxurious P. Diddy shrimp boat.
