But only classic piece alone = no idea

This one's just freaking brilliant. The first few times I heard it, I couldn't figure out what the hell the extra sounds were, but once I noticed the title, I totally fell in love with it. Typical Kanno innovation, with kind of a cheeky, self-aware twist (fitting, considering it's a lighter album).

the background dial-up/fax beep's (and a bit of keybord strokes) aren't background, the music was mixed on pourpose with them, in a way to show the 'music in tehnology' without acctualy showing it. (sort of like the discovery montages that showed factory robots and machine working on the sound of clasical music)
