Unfortunately my ini file has evolved over time, and I did not save that version :(

Your tolerances are not tight enough on the siren. You want no more than 5 thousandth of an inch (+/- 0.0001). Better at 0.003"

good to know! I'm not sure how much better I can do with this technology, but I could potentially play with some design improvements along those lines.

Where did you get your clips? because I think I printed those, but they don't fit my Printrbot because the screw holes are in front of the glass, instead of the sides. Did you have to re-drill your holes to put those clips on?

I used "Glass clips for Printrbot" by Extent at thingiverse. My glass must have been a little thiner than 1/8 th because I had to sand them down a little to get a tight fit. With these I was able to use the existing holes.

Thanx for the info.I have seen pictures.Up! has the same quality. If you make "Fine" and 0.2Mic printouts,it ends very smooth and nice. My biggest problem now is trying to print spheres which will be neat and tidy. Top of the spheres are ok but the bottom is some how melting down even if i use support..
