MadAss 160cc Engine Swap!

160cc Engine Swap on a Sachs MadAss, oil cooler with stainless steel braided lines, UFO brand fenders, with the rear fender being DOT approved. The enduro tires are dot approved also and a set of MX handle bars completes the enduro set-up on this MadAss.

We changed out the rectifier, stator ,and wire plug-ins to work with the MadAss 3phase system.

Wer von roller redet, muss sich wohl noob nennen :D Ich fahr motorrad. Also erzähl mir nix von noob. Da ein 2takter prinzipiell viel drehzahl brauch ist deren verschleiß 100% höher. Aber des will jeder für sich interpretieren und wenn jemand meint. Fahrende Klos zu fahren halte ich da au niemanden ab:D ich persönlich find roller im allgemeinen scheiße und die Madass sieht wenigstens noch nach was aus ^^

@dirtybobafett Haha, I cant remember who was revving it but the carbs on these engines are really nice. They idle very well, especially when you remove the plug that blocks the idle air adjust screw and adjust it.

Doesn't idle well eh??!! Given the mechanic just revs it until 2morrow. I'd check that shit!
