It was JOHN RITTER. I played it back that small segment a few times with my sound all te way up. he says it really deep but u can barely make it out.

The funny thing is he really does say it a lot. This is 10 years ago and he still says it in interviews.
Just wait until "Dancing With The Stars" starts. I'm sure you'll here it when they show the rehearsal clips, and I'm pretty positive that if I had to put money on it, when those judges give good comments or good marks (for some reason especially if they come from Bruno), he will say "Yea Baby!!"

I think I counted 5 times that he said "Yea Baby!!" and it was only the first episode.
