I used to ride these all the time as a kid I plan to take my kids at some point. Its really a good time.

@MrFelt1000 Once the Highspeed network is complete people will be amazed with trains going 200 and 250 mph. But the interest with highspeed trains won't bring back steam excursions. If you pay attention to the English, they have Eurostar service and domestic Highspeed service but, they also have a very popular steam preservation society. I doubt that will catch on in the US and the few proud railfans will continue to flock to the tracks to see the once in a blue moon excursion as always.
