and if so does it lighten the complexion of the stains pigment?

 cuz imve been getting treated for a while now ad its still kindof dark

It takes care of the red normally. The body would take care of the pigment to some extent over a longer period of time.

Rocacea or broken capilarries comes back after pulse dye laser.  and sometime it left scar also. so it is a temporaray treatment
