She's dancing salsa (at least at the beginning, everything else is simply showdance). Someone took the dancing parts from "Ain't it funny", which has a typical salsa beat (the original video of the concert is also on youtube) and mashed them together with this song.

This is garbage. I've spent many a night in Madrid watching real flamenco, might as well have thrown Britney Spears up there to dance this crap. I'm actually mad that I wasted 30 seconds to watch this and then 30 more seconds to type this message.
