Pay male teachers more. Diversity costs money.

The first thing I thought of as the answer to this question, is already on here, but I want to reirerate. Any male who shows an interest in working around children is immediately a molester suspect, if not by everyone, then at least a significant number of people. I like hanging out with kids actually, but I really don't need the extra hassle, so you won't see me in that line of work.

@proudguy It's really not surprising is it, every young man nowadays knows that you watch yourself when you're out alone in case someone thinks you're looking at something you shouldn't be. Not that I wouldn't go and help a little child if they were lost, I hope anyway, but you'd better believe I'd be worried what it might look like.
I wonder how far society's hatred of men will go before something gives, can't come soon enough.

Men stay away from children, because their intentions will be misinterpreted as something evil. This is due to the increase in negative stereotyping of men over the past 30 years.
