Why do people have so much of a hard-on for politics that a 1954 movie trailer can make them want to comment about it. Learn how to compartmentalize your life and I am sure you will be healthier and happier for it.

Not only did the movie bomb in the theatres, two years later, the Russians launched Sputnik!

Man, they were so optimistic about the future in the 50s...and wrong..

The tacked-on black & white finale is obviously from a re-issue of this film a few years later, around the time Sputnik was launched in 1957, when audiences might become interested in the subject again.

That circular space station will exist before the year 2000 AD! So amazingly far in the future...

The throw-around scene is the predecessor of similar ones aboard the Starship Enterprise as well as the nuclear submarine Seaview - men tossed around, sparks, smoke, evacuations.

That is true and we have both been saying that and I thoroughly agree on that one.

What I did querry though, was, that you seem to single out the USA as the only 'very bad boy', while most others did and do likewise, or would - if they could.

    Cheerio, Firedrachen :-)

Obviously bombing people is no solution to solve anything.

    Have a good life.

I did. The bottom line is that you can use non-violent means to effet change. Not by bombing people back to the stone age.

You would only be visible if you are in the 5th dimension yourself - invisible if you look at the 5th dimension from the 3rd dimension.

Gandhi's non-violent result was a divided India & a now terrorists riddled Pakistan. The USA Blacks got the vote but not much else, as their still prevailing poverty and crowding US jails testifies.

Hardly a glowing result from Gandhi and King, which were only the trigger of political and historic events - not the cause of them.

    Study History correctly!
