@2muchbootynpants1 What happens is after a while you get callous underneath your skin. it's a natural defense system of your body. you won't actually see it, but your will notice it won't hurt as much and you won't bruise that easily anymore ^^

You are my favorite pole dancer!!!!!You dance so classy!I started taking a class few months ago,got a pole at home and learning with your tutorial videos ; ) I took about 10 classes,but I'm having hard time being up side down...did you make many bruises when you started?
I showed your videos to many people!!You really change the idea of pole dance people have!Love your style! : )
