@Jassy101Ms and how do i make my beads 6he same side?
-
@dfont143 That's fine, that's why I have a tutorial teaching people how to make their own.

I'm all for self-employment but I really think $15 for one bracelet is really costly. You are amazing at what you do, but I'd honestly only pay up to $5 for these bracelets.

@poojapatel131 That's very low considering they take nearly 2 hours to make. I charge $15 since that is minimum wage for two hours work.

looks like you have been wasting a LOT OR using stretch magic or other stretchy things

@Jassy101Ms It's not really a waste. I only cut off about 3 inches at the end... and it makes the knot invisible which is worth it to me. As for same size... it's how you cut them and roll them. They need to be identical.

I love your bracelets! I make paper bead bracelets like this too and I was going to sell them at school to earn some extra cash. How much should I sell them for? I am selling to middle schoolers btw.

@pinkpolish72 Depends on how long they take you and how much you are willing to sell them for. I can't really give you a price. It depends on how fast you work and how valuable you view your work.

I make paper beads and let me tell you they take more than 2 hours. If you want them not to look like crap, you have to take your time and pay attention to it the detail and how they are rolled and the time it takes to put on your sealer and not just slap one coat on. And when you do hand detailing on the paper to get different effects, each step takes time. Now some may think that $15 is too high but if you really count up the cost per bracelet from start to finish, $15.00 can be justified.

@PACERGIRL68 Yeah, I posted this when I was still new and realized very quickly that it was a lot of work that I deserved payment for... so I decided on $15 being reasonable. I've seen paper beads that were not custom decorated selling for about $30 so I think my hand decorated ones are more than reasonable.
I had issues with that at first but now I realize I'm deserving of payment for my work. I just calculate/multiply my time spent by minimum wage and that's my pricing rule now.
