  • Beautiful timbre and production, true Mozart legato. I've never enjoyed the sound of a bass's voice as much as this.

  • Wonderful!. Amazing timbre and presence. He's also my favourite in the role of the Commendatore, in Don Giovanni.

Right up there with Alexander Kipnis.

  • Elderly Jack Black?

  • @HenryBrosowski true!

  • He´s what Leonardo di Caprio would look like as

    Bass singer.

  • Certified Intergalactic!

  • the eternal voice!!!!

  • the much later recorded Osmin III w/ the low D is not as this fantastic recording a true bass as we love Talvela Solti Verdi Requiem's bass he is a marvel

  • With all the imperfections, still, bravo. you don't hear voices like this every day.

  • He was nervous. With nervousness it is so difficult to sing the low tones because the blood circulation of the vocal chords is not on top. We hear the c# before the first low f# is under the pitch, the sound still perfect and than the g# before the next low f# is also to deep and the f# breaks.

  • He is basso-profondo

  • BASS OF TRUE. THANKS A LOT FROM MEXICO.....S H A L O O M !!
