A original exercise invented to use the TRX Suspension Trainer to exercise my shoulder muscles.
I've named this type of exercise a 'Dynamic Isometric Exercise'. It is movement against a fixed anchor.
The name of this specific exercise is a 'TRX Shoulder Circle'.
